Serial drunk driver’s sentence was ‘overkill’ and should be reduced, lawyer says
HALIFAX – The lawyer for a serial drunk driver who plowed into a family’s SUV and then drove off argued Wednesday that the unusually stiff sentence he received was too harsh and should be reduced.
